Copake is a fully pet-friendly resort with a dedicated off-leash dog park where your dogs can run, play, and socialize with other campers' pets. Dogs are welcome on sites, in cabins and in most outdoor areas throughout the resort.

All pet owners must follow these requirements to keep all animals safe:

  • Current rabies vaccination certificate required at check-in for every dog (physical or digital)
  • Pets must be kept on a leash of 6 feet or shorter in all areas except the dog park
  • Pets must not be left unattended anywhere on property
  • No dog pens permitted on campsites
  • Pets are not permitted in any public buildings or swim areas
  • Clean up after your pet immediately throughout the property
